Overview

Health  Coaching

This is a 6 month program where we meet bi-weekly to discuss YOU.  When was the last time you received personal attention you.  We will go where you need to go.  There will be a focus on the primary foods (the food you do not eat) of your life.  Then we discuss the secondary food, which is the food you do put in your mouth.  

Fitness

You can be healthy by eating well, but you will not be “fit and healthy” without exercising. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, I will meet you there and walk alongside you. 

Diabetes Prevention

This program is based on a CDC-approved, research-proven program with additional education and lifestyle coaching tips.  The goal is 7% weight loss, to move 150 minutes per week, and create healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits.

  Pantry / Refrigerator Makeovers

There are two fundamental successess to eating better.  1.  Learning how to read food labels

2.  Doing a pantry and referigator makeover.  Understand what's in your cabinets - keep or replace with better options.

Weight Loss isn't just about calories in versus calories out.  Through a series of 8-week programs, you will knowledge about food, stress, sleep and exericse and more.  Everything you do impacts the ability to lose weight!

Registration for all 8-week programs include:

  • 8-week program delivered by a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Pre-Diabetes Lifestyle Coach

  • Weekly Group Zoom calls – Focus for the week, group discussion.  Don't worry if you miss it.  Materials will also be sent via email and we can catch up on the topic personally.

  • Handouts as appropriate

  • Group accountability via Facebook and text messaging
