12 oz of noodles - I like to use Tofu Shirataki noodles
1 cumcumber spiralized (thin)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce, Braggs Ammino's or Coconut Ammino's
2 TBL rice vinegar
1 TBL toasted seasme oil
1 -2 tsp chili paste or siracha
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1 cup hot water
for the suace combine everything. Cook your pasta. Cover with sauce and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds...and you even add shopped parsley.
You can add Tofu or Chicken to the sauce and have with rice. Be creative.
