I just love the World Health Organization’s (WHOs) definition of health - “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”  There is so much packed into that statement. My approach to health is truly from Head-to-Toe!  Once we get past the fact that each of us lives in a human body, we’re all different, yet similar. As a coach, I will help you create health and physical-related goals, create an action plan to achieve those goals, break negative patterns and habits and replace them with healthy ones that serve you.  I coach individuals and groups through the “Health By The Numbers” program or a group that you create in which you surround yourself with friends and family that are on the same journey as you. Your success IS my success. 

It’s really no secret that work and life responsibilities have left a large majority of our population more depleted, stressed, unhealthy, and unfulfilled than ever before. Consider these alarming statistics:

  • According to the CDC, 6 in 10 American adults in the U.S. have a chronic disease (and 4 in 10 have two or more) which can largely be prevented or reversed through lifestyle changes

  • According to the U.S. World News Report, 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the second week of February.  Having a coach and accountability increases that success rate enormously

  • Did you know that some scientists believe that up to 95% of our behavior is a result of habit? Creating awareness is the first step to changing the pattern of behavior.

  • Almost 70% of Americans do not meet the minimum suggested weekly movement criteria. And nearly that same amount live with chronic pain, stress, and little or “bad” sleep.


We know we need to change what we’re doing or face serious consequences, but making changes, big or small, without support and accountability can be incredibly difficult… in large part because we are creatures of habit.  Through the transformative power of coaching, behavioral psychology, intuitive listening, habit change, and healthy lifestyle design; I can help you online from anywhere in the world!  That’s the beauty of online capabilities – no location limitations. Of course, if you are local, then more of your guidance can be in person. I am invested and walk alongside you towards your goals and success. I will bridge the gap between "wanting to do" or "knowing" what you should do and doing! I will hold you to your greatest potential while supporting you along the way.  I want you to be Your. Best.
